ピリッとした辛さが大好きな麻婆ソースに、トマトジュースとパルメザンチーズを足して
イタリアンな麻婆ソースに大変身です！
仕上げに自家栽培のフレッシュバジルを加えれば、更にイタリアンになります。
かくふとの相性も良く、トマトの酸味と豆板醤ピリ辛さがごはんにも、パンにもよく合う
おかずになりました(^o^)
